After more than 20 years in strategic and operational leadership roles, I’ve made the decision to channel my experience precisely where it’s most needed right now: into companies looking for clarity, practical relief, and stability – not just consulting from the sidelines.

I come directly from the field, and that’s exactly what drives me.

What I bring is international experience in quality management, process optimization, and technical leadership. My professional journey included leadership roles in quality, production control, and operational management – with direct responsibility for international teams and production sites across Europe, Asia, and North America, in both corporate structures and medium-sized companies.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an Executive MBA, I combine systems thinking with hands-on implementation – from the shop floor to the executive level.

I have extensive experience in the implementation and development of quality and management systems, as well as in dealing with relevant standards – both from an audit perspective and with operational accountability.
